Techniques

Gentle Chiropractic adjustments - I use low-force, low-velocity adjusting techniques that align joints without the usual cracking or popping sounds that are disturbing to so many chiropractic patients. These techniques respect the delicate soft tissues and the hydrodynamic qualities of the joint.

Clinical Nutrition, homeopathy, herbal medicine - a seven pillared approach to balancing the nutrition from the endocrine system and hormones to digestion. Special attention is given to diet, elimination of toxins and infestations and up regulating the organ systems of the body from the cellular level. Lab testing used includes saliva hormone testing, hair mineral analysis, blood work and more.

Applied Kinesiology (AK) - AK is the art and science of functional neurology which uses receptor-based challenges with muscle testing to evaluate dysfunction.

Clinical Kinesiology (CK) - An outgrowth of AK, CK utilizes hand-modes which test for specific tissue dysfunctions and allows a prioritization of treatments to effect the greatest improvement in the shortest time.

Bio-Resonance Therapy -Distress signals from the autonomic nervous system are monitored with bio-feedback during kinesiological evaluation.

Acupressure/Meridian Therapy - The energy of the body is manipulated to balance the meridian system.

Allergy Elimination - Allergies are assessed with a combination of lab testing and kinesiology and treated with meridian therapy or electrical stimulation, diet, lifestyle management, and supplementation.

Muscle Activation – Muscles are balanced around the joints using manual, nutritional and energy techniques.

Bone Density Scanning - Studies show that Osteopenia and Osteoporosis affect approximately 44 million people in the Unites States, many of which are not diagnosed.  These are conditions affect men and women of all ages, and can be treated nutritionally and with diet and lifestyle modifications.  However, osteoporosis is a degenerative disease and, if left untreated, can lead to compression fractures, postural distortion and many other health issues.

Spinal Decompression – Is an FDA approved treatment for herniated disks and other lumbar spinal disorders. This non-invasive, cost-effective and successful procedure has up to a 94% success rate in curing degenerative disk disease, herniated or damaged disks. When chiropractic, physical therapy, orthopaedic and other conservative measures are exhausted or ruled out, this is the viable alternative to surgery.

Therapy Modalities – rehabilitation exercises, electric stimulation, intersegmental traction, diathermy.
